Availability: >99.95%
Packet Error: <0.1%
Latency: <8ms
Jitter: <2ms
Service restoration time:  4 hours

The above indicative service level figures are to be measured between any two end-points within the OneNetwork fabric under 1500-bytes MTU size of known unicast packets with not more than 80% of bandwidth loading at both end-points.

Network availability and restoration time calculations do not include scheduled maintenance down times. Service levels figures are indications only and are not guarantees.

Resilience and Failover at ring cable breakage:-

Core Rings: <50ms failover time
Access Rings: <1s failover time

The OneNetwork platform conforms to MEF Carrier Ethernet 2.0 requirements with standard security in broadcast and MAC address limits at each end point. VLAN trunking is transparent provided Ethernet Frame Size does not exceed 9K bytes.
