Architecture
OneNetwork fabric is constructed on a multi-ring architecture, offering no single point of failure along the transmission lines.
A dual core ring connects multiple core nodes at geographically dispersed locations. Each data center is connected to the fabric through an access ring terminating to more than one core nodes.
The fabric offers these features.
Redundancy – Multi-ring architecture on the fabric ensures redundancy and failover capability
Fully MEF 2.0 compliant – With SLA and standard security features.
Abstraction for SDN/NFV – Tenants can deploy multi-location SDN/NFV services across the fabric, with full layer abstraction. Tenants may trunk arbitrary numbers of VLANs across multiple locations if they maintain their own equipments at these locations. Tenants can also utilise the switches of OneNetwork to aggregate multiple peers into multiple VLANs and aggregate them into a trunk to the tenant. Or a combination of both modes.
Speeds
The core ring is fully 100G ready. Access rings are fully 10G ready. Standard service offerings are GE and 10GE, with 100G on demand.
